Wargames Delivered
OTIF 92% to 98% | Stockouts 22% to 4%
The Situation
Wargames Delivered is a multi-brand Amazon e-commerce reseller operating in the tabletop gaming and hobby space. The business sells wargaming miniatures, hobby supplies, and related accessories primarily through Amazon, also operating under the names Wide Supply Goods, JDR Brands, JDR Distribution LLC, and Ludus Bellum.
The business model is structurally different from a standard DTC brand -- it operates as an inventory-driven distribution business, sourcing hundreds of SKUs across multiple suppliers. Amazon is the primary sales channel.
The business was not failing -- it was leaking opportunity everywhere. The core issue was a lack of visibility and structure across a large, fragmented SKU catalogue.
- Hundreds of SKUs with no unified inventory view
- Multiple suppliers with unknown or untracked lead times
- No purchase planning or replenishment logic
- High stockouts on top sellers
- 20% of SKUs driving approximately 70% of revenue -- but those SKUs were most frequently out of stock
